About Bramcote
Gamecock Barracks Bramcote is home to 30 Signals Regiment which provides out of area strategic communications to Land and Joint Task Force operations. Gamecock Barracks is also home to one of two centres of excellence for the Royal Corps of Signals Pipes and Drums.
Bramcote is situated between Nuneaton and Rugby. Bramcote has good motorway links; M6, M69, M1, M42 and M5 are all close by.
There is a host of facilities within station including a well equipped gymnasium, swimming pool, post office, Spar shop, hairdressing and beauty salon, library, thrift shop, pre-school and nursery, Jungle Gym, Coffee Shop, and youth club. The Army Learning Centre and Training Wing provide learning facilities for serving personnel and dependants. There is a parent and toddler group; and the HIVE coordinates a monthly solicitors and CAB surgery.
